Here's a dumb question for ya.

Ok, here goes... I have an 03 ZX3 with about 6800 miles. Ever since about 2-3000 miles, my drivers side seat has been messed up. It's kinda twisted, so the right side of my body sits further back than the left. What are the chances that I can get Ford to cough up a new seat?

Just check first to see why its crooked, maybe just a loose seat mount or something simple

It sounds like the seat is failing to me. How did you brake it?

I'm a big guy, but I always sit down careful. The only stress that ever gets put on the seat is under acceleration, and I don't have that much power. I don't think it's a seat mount because it is just the back rest that is twisted, not the base of the seat. I'll give that a check though.

My father had the seat cushion replaced and the seat was on crooked afterwards. Go to Ford and tell them to re-allign the seat bottom or cushion.
