1 Request

So i was driving home from work the other day and saw a green focus se comin up behind me on the expressway. and as always i like to give the fellow foci owners a generous wave or aknowledgment. BUT this time I decided that this driver in fact didn't desereve it. He was driving like a maniac!! He wasn't racing anyone he was just pissing everyone off on the highway by weaving in and out of traffic cutting car after car off. so this is my request, for the integreity of the rest of us, please don't drive like a retard. If someone sees an idiot driving in a focus, they will forever have a bad feeling about foci. as a fellow owner this is not something i want. just food for thought.......

I have a Smith & Wesson 9mm automatic pistol. Some people have used this gun to commit crimes and kill people. Should this make you assume all people who own one of these guns are criminals? It's the driver, not the car. It's the killer, not the gun. Stop following the same logic of the mainstream media. Smart people can separate the actions of the individual from the tool used to accomplish their action.

^^^fortunately, some people don't think that way.

Guns don't kill people, people kill people is the prevailing attitude of Texans, which is why more people die of handgun deaths in Texas than anywhere else in the world. You are 1000X more likely to get shot/killed by accident in Texas than you are by a criminal.

Leave the redneck banter to rushlimbaugh.com

Back to the point: highway cops rarely bust drivers who follow too close, or do 7 lanes changes a second without signaling. Speed 5 mph over the limit, you are a criminal and you get fined, even though there is lots of data that speeding does not cause accidents.

And most Americans elected a Texan as President of the United States in the last 2 elections. I suppose Rush made them do it, using your faulty logic.

careful kneel.. he is a canadian. He is not allowed to have a gun. He has gun envy. Never mind that the places that have outlawed guns have seen an increase in armed robery and home robery.. because only the criminals have guns, and the criminals know that law abiding citizens don't.. so it makes them brave. Gun banishment from the general population is the STUPIDEST socialist idea ever.

Thanks Vanace. I didn't realize he was Canadian. He must think everyone in the US is a redneck. Still, it doesn't sound like he opposed the gun ban. Therefore, I will not pity him if he ever finds himself in a situation where he needs a gun and the police can't get to his house fast enough. Gun ownership is not for everyone I suppose - just those who can handle the responsibility. And what he said about crime in Texas - I could tell he didn't live in Texas with that. Violent crimes are down in states that adopted concealed carry laws, since the criminals aren't sure who's packing now. Even criminals have some sense of self-preservation.
