chevy might come back big time

Has any one been to the chevy web site and looked at their new ss line-up? there is a ss trailblazer, malibu, malibu maxx ( i like it) monte carlo, impala, and the cobalt.
all these cars look bad ass. im thinking of either getting malibu maxx with its 240 hp and ss tuned suspension, or ss trail blazer that does 0-60 in under 6 sec. i dont know but ford best step up its game. mustang is their only savior. for chevy

Yeah, if Chevy's lousy sales figures don't bankrupt them first.

well to each there own as far as looks. In my opinion all the chevies look like crap. SS version.. so what? Cheap build quality is what is killing them. Buy one and you will see.

Well we all need to remember that soon they'll be sporting that fine "GM" chrome badge, and everything will be good in the world of GM

I'm thinking Saab sales will tank even further, once that badge is put on, and the last few people on earth who don't know the connection finally figure it out.

^^
What? I thought that Subaru bought up SAAB, Huh, I guess GM just bought a bunch of Impreza's and put the Saab name on them.
What complete idiots.
Go buy a Soob.
F* GM

GM owns a healthy portion of Subaru (whose parent is still Fuji heavy industries). Saab needed an entry level car and the Subaru facility was underutilized so a car was developed for saab off the impreza platform.

Yeah, I know GM owns 21% and no controlling interests, unlike Ford at Mazda. Umm, you should have stated that the Saab plant is under-utilized...costing GM millions of $. And as far as the Impreza being "developed" for Saab, ummm, how do you figure? Soob released the current Impreza 3-4 years ago, now GM just slaps on a Saab logo and adds $10K to the price!
GM Australia (Holden) tried to get a re-badged Forester (Soob) to sell in that market, Soob would not allow that to take place, so GM does not hold that much power over Soob.
Cheers.
Tim
