Plate Spray HELP

Okay I heard that there is this spray out there that makes your plates unreadable. Well actually my dad approached me on this. asking me what it was and whatnot. I know we're not condoling illegal activities, but does anyone know what it is, or where the best place to get it is? Thanks again.

Pretty sure tho that you have to keep on re applying it but you could get a licence plate enclosure and then spray the inside of it, prolly will last longer.

thyere was this one thing I was reading in a mag, you can only read it if your directly behind it, and it blanks it off if you look at it sideways.
