I want to love my Focus but Ford won't permit it

We have a 2012 Focus hatch, been dealing with the DCT nightmare for quite a while now. Now back into dealer to get the loose rear tail light that is scrapping paint off repaired. Also, clearcoat paint is peeling off the rear window spoiler. The car of course is still under warranty. Was told Wednesday that Ford has DENIED the repairs! I'm absolutely dumbfounded over this. My dealer is as well, and asked that I call Ford Customer Service and raise hell with them. So I did, but I was very calm. The lady I spoke with said I would hear back from her by 6:30pm Thursday. Yup, you guessed it, no call back. We feel duped, fooled, reamed, over this car. I just cannot believe Ford will not take care of these issues. We want to love this Focus but Ford will not let us!

Hi BillyKeith,

I want to step in and do what I can to assist. Since we've been in touch before, just send me your current mileage and best daytime phone number in a PM; I'll look into this for you.

Crystal
