Ive had a fair bit of snow in the past couple weeks. It never stays around, but its enough to have some fun. Havent noticed the car being assy though as you put it!! But it sure swings around nicely with the e-brake!! Just becareful out on the roads though, you never know whats gonna happen. I lost a friend this weekend and the road was pretty crappy. Ya never know.

alot of FWD cars are soo light that the little ass just does it's own thing on top of the snow. I am gonna see how mine reacts this winter and may throw a bag of salt in there or something if it gets happy on its own.

Does this mean that the focus is quite dangerous on the snow?

not so much dangerous but it is the worst FWD car ive driven yet in the snow....its so light it just glides on the snow..But i have only driven a mercury sable and a corsica in the snow far as FWD but the focus has been the worst in it so far. Just invest in some snow tires...If they stop u from carshing once they've paid for themselves..

A big rear swar bar will really make itself known in the snow. If you feel the rear is too twitchy remove the rear bar (even the stock one). This will, however, make it understeer more on dry pavement.
