I love PD as much as the next guy, but idk about dipping a whole car. As removeable as plastidip is, it would be way more of a PITA to remove than a wrap would. And, a wrap can last years on end and look almost as good as an OEM finish. I'm not sure that PD can offer that

Dipped cars look like garbage. Maybe I'd consider it if I had a POS beater with messed up paint, but a new car?

Gtfo.

My parents have a sign company, trust me color fade and wear really depend on the product, go with 3M. If I wanted a color change I would just do it that way.

wrapping cars has has a negative connotation for me. I live in a major metropolitan area, so all the wrapped cars i see are spoiled, bratty, rich asian kids driving around in the BMW or Mercedes or Audi that their parents bought them. These kids have no respect for others property or the rules of the road.
the worst offender was this kid in an R8 who has come out to some of our track events. he was in the news a while back. heres the story on Jalopnik
http://jalopnik.com/5836880/thirteen...eized-and-sold.

he is also the type of person who races around the lot and does stupid burnouts are a car meet. http://www.revscene.net/forums/65208...ml#post7552807

TLDR: wrap =

I'm not talking about some rattle can bullshit, you spray it through a gun and it looks good for a fraction of the price of wrapping.

A former FF member had her CRZ wrapped.. A matte purple.. It looks great... If done professionally like anything should be.. Itll be fine and look good..
