Unhappy Vibration Help

I have a 2001 ZTS, stock, with @ 73K miles. I am getting a vibration @ 40-50MPH in OD and my check engine light comes on. The vibration goes away and stays away over 55MPH. I get EGR codes for improper airflow. The EGR has been replaced, the EGR solenoid has been replaced, I have new plugs, wires, and the intake has been clean and de-carbonized. I'm thinking it might be in the OD part of the tranny, but I don't know if that could trigger a light. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?

is this like a suspension vibration or something wrong with the engine? my 04 ZX3 had a vibration just like that and i found that it was caused by mud on the insides of the wheels.
