purchasing info for Focus Newbie

I am new to both the list and the Focus chassis.

I am looking to purchase an 00 sedan SE, 5 spd, with a Zetec engine. Car has all the works from factory, and is completely stock. Overall A- condition in and out.

Car has 91k miles and good maintenance history. However the timing belt and the serpentine belt have never been changed. What price range can I expect to have those replaced?
Also it looked as though there was some oil seepage from the valve cover. Nothing severe, but just something I noted while inspecting it.

What is the useful clutch life on a daily driven focus (assuming it's not being beaten)?

Car is priced at $4600

Any other known problem areas I should check?

TIA

I would shy away from this deal. The '00 has too many problems and with that many miles...you will soon have list of repairs. Plus $4600 is not that good of a deal and it looks like problems are starting to occur....I wouldn't pay anymore than $4k for it.

what are the general problems with the 00 and earlier Focus?

I posted what needed to be replaced previously. I am just curious to know so I can claim to be an informed buyer

Thanks

Fuel pumps, warping brake rotors, ignition units ($$$), poor exterior moldings, etc.

Avoid the car.
