Dealerships getting worse and worse

What is going on with some dealerships. They are such bs some times when u go there. When i went to get my focus i noticed a slice on the rear seat near the floor. It looked like someone accidently sliced it with an exacto knife when taking the plastic off. So i had to wait an extra like week to pick up my car. Then the week goes by and i call and ask to see if its ready. The guy says yes its ready. I go there on a friday with a bunch of friends, i had people over my house and i didnt just wana leave them hanging. So we get there and what is still there...the slit in the seat, i complain and they say theyll get it done asap. So then the day finally comes they finally get the seat fixed. I go do a quick check of my car and what do i notice, theres 60 more miles then the car had on it the last time i was there. Im like what is going on. First it had 30 and then it was up 90, totally nonsense, i asked the guy selling me the car where the miles came from and he didnt really know, he said it might be that they had to drive it somewhere to get it fixed. Plus there was only a half tank of gas in the car, but i wasnt waiting any longer so i said screw it and i fisnished the papers and took my baby home. Sorry that this is so long but i have many complaints lol. Then recently one of my tires got a nail in it and had a slow leak. so i had to get it replaced. I called the dealer and asked them if they can get a new tire they said yes. Of course when i went there they didnt have the tire and told me they cant get it and i have to go to the place the installed them, i dont have stock tires if ur wondering, so it turns into this whole big thing and no one could get the tire asap, i would have to wait like 2 or 3 weeks, i have to drive bak and forth from college i cant wait that long, so i ended up getting a kuhmo tire just for now until i get the right one.
Too much bs goes on with them some dealers try to con u which i learned when i was looking around for a car. Its so disappointing.............Well thanks for reading this long essay and feel free to post problems ve had with ford dealers.

Sorry to hear...but it does sound like they drove your car to get that slice fixed. It's a lot cheaper than putting it on the back of a flatbed.

i just would have gotten a slow leak repaired, rather than replace the tire....especially if you were looking for a short-term fix before you got all new tires.

but yeah, your dealership needs a talking to.

yeah i thought about that but ive talked to many people about it and my dad has closes friends who are mechanics and who worked or work for ford, and with as much driving that im doing, it wouldnt have been such a great idea, not worht risking a blowout or something, i got the kumho 2 days later and its working just fine.
