It's another blue Foci, isn't it. lol

Doesn't look to bad. At least there shouldn't be anything structurally damaged, but it still sucks. Hope you can get her fixed soon.

Have you considered driving yellow or orange cars, for the increased visibility?

That sucks, so all I have is a lame joke.

On a serious side, I wouldn't consider buying a motorcycle if I were you.

That sucks...
Is it just the bumper what it looks like or is there anything internal so the damage is worse?

oddly i have been riding motorcycles since i was 21 with no incident...by the grace of god.

i had an 02 egg yolk zx3 and i had more accidents in that car.. and speeding tickets too!

nintendo. i pulled the panel up in the trunk and it doesnt look like the floor is crumpled. so i guess the bumper and lower air dam and bumper cover are the bad parts.

Know how you feel. I bought a new 2011 Fiesta last year, first new car I bought since my 1986 Dodge Omni GLH and had it 3 months and some kid slammed his bike into it and caused $1400 of damage. A couple of weeks or so ago, I come out of my apartment to find a ding in the door of my Focus with white paint smeared on it. Guessing someone was carrying a piece of furniture and ran it into my door. Haven't even had my car a year yet. ARRGHH. Makes me want to go back to buying used cars.

Boy that sucks, BIG TIME!

I had something like that happen to the very first new car I owned, a 1979 Toyota Corolla. Some guy in a big OLD car was pulling into the parking lot next to me and side swiped the drivers side leaving a dent in the door and pillar -- the car was about 6 month old and because I did not catch the guy there was no one to report so I wound up never getting it fixed.

You're going to get dings from car doors and there's not much you can do to prevent it but a noticeable dent is painful.

In your case you should have the other drivers insurance and hopefully a police report placing 100% blame on the schmuck that hit you so that it should have little effect on YOUR insurance. But, do get it fixed -- it's your baby...
