Seriously that was unique

I delivered an F-150 a few days ago. Customer comes in and says I checked for my spare tire tools and they where gone. I went out and looked and sure enough the vehicle never had jack, jack wrench, or lug wrench.

The only assumption is somewhere along the lines someone stole his jack, jack wrench, and lug wrench. I can't imagine how much they cost (I imagine maybe $100 in total)

Just funny, new parts will be ordered shortly and they'll be replaced.

Stupid question does it even have a spare? I know a lot of companies are skimping on the spare to save money and help with gas mileage. They just include a flat repair kit, a can of fix-a-flat and a number for 24 hour road side assistance. You would think I'm kidding but I'm not. Most companies offer the spare as a cost extra option but unless asked for you don't get it.

Spare tire is included, and it is there.

It was supposed to be there, but it's not.

I saw a dodge come from the factory like that, I did the new car inspections on new vehicles and caught the missing tools before it went up for sale

It was supposed to come with the tools etc it didn't.

Our company is going buy a new set of tools and have it shipped on over. Customer is OK it's not like his tires are going blow up tomorrow on the freeway.

Just really strange. O well.
