Foci and Bike Racks

I have an '06 ZX4 ses.
With my stock wing on i cannot fit a trunk mounted bike rack.
I recently found a rally spoiler for a good price and was hoping the trunk-mounted rack would fit under it.
What do you do to transport you mountain/road bikes?

i had a removable one on my last focus with the rally spoiler. It worked pretty well but you have to be careful they don't scratch the bumper.

Or get a hitch mounted rack; that's what I've run on two Foci now. The only problem is that you have to buy or make the hitch.

I use a roof mount rack, just have to be careful with low clearance parking lots. Car + bike is just under 12' high.

I don't like the idea of a hitch...what the hell else would I tow with my focus?

What kind of roof rack do you use?
I like the Seasucker and Thule, but I don't want to drill holes in my ride.

I would agree with you, depending on the style/size of the rack

I have a SportRack Mondial rack with the Barricuda bike carrier.

I also have my snowboard holder for the winter, the main reason I went rooftop.

That's really nice. How secure is that to the roof? Michigan roads aren't the best and I don't want a pothole to dislodge our bikes.
:D
