The rear shocks are out of their operational range I can feel it everytime I sit down and bounce on the rear bumper...has for the front I dont know yet....I defiently need to get some frpp springs for the car. Other then that I'm extremely happy with the sportlines.

keep an eye out for shock/struts to replace your stock ones and you'll be good.

how many miles when you swapped springs and how long after did it take for the shocks to go out?

I kept my stock struts, not that it's a good thing but it doesn't bounce. It's very stiff and rides smooth. The only time I've seen a car bounce from lowering is when the cut the springs. (I'm not saying that's what you did. BTW)
