I think I would. More power, decently quick stock, and way more open to performance upgrades. ZZP already has a tune out for the Cruze with this motor, as well as an intake, and is going to be making a catless DP and exhaust. 200hp sounds easily attainable. This car lightly modded = Fiesta ST in my mind.

I have seen nothing that confirms the ST to the U.S. only the European market. Should I mention that guys are seeing better highway mileage after the tune, close to 50mpg?

Looks very promising. I'd hate to say it,but Chevy did what Ford failed to do-offer a turbocharged subcompact/compact car for the U.S. right out of the box.

I doubt I'll buy it. If I get one car for DD and play duty, it's likely to be the new ATS that Cadillac is coming out with, or maybe a Regal GS. If I get two cars, then I'll probably keep the Focus, and buy a toy. But I'm leaning towards one nicer car for now.

Posted via FF Mobile Id wait to see if the Fiesta ST comes out. Also even though in a slightly different class it is highly likely we will see a turbo veloster as well.

It's been years, but I'm still gagging over the Chevy Sprint Turbo. And that was even before they were using our tax dollars. I'll stick with Ford, thanks. LOL

saw one of these in person today. Not sure I like it too much and I imagine it was probably the 1.8L engine and not the turbo one. The headlights bug me as they're not housed in a central piece but rather with their own separate cylinders.
