Need help soon

I recently had to remove my muffler heatshield as it got damaged and caused a massive rattle. Now right under my driver rear seAt it gets warm enough to melt factory sound dampener. What can I use to keep the heat from entering the passwords compartment from that area?

Jake, there is one in W Seymour Rd which isn't to far. But you can always go to any junkyard to see if they have the parts as well. I am sure you can go to Stricker on Benton Rd in Owensville or Lindale Auto outside of Hamlet. Just request the part and they can go pick one out for you.

I have been to the one Don mentioned and to be honest I could spend a day in that place just going around looking at all the cars I could have the parts off of plus a lot of them I think are repo cars cause you find some pretty crazy things in them I have found anything from a bowling ball to some nasty panties. lol but me, kyle, and shaun went there a few months ago literally got a center console, driver and passenger door panels, speedo bezel, rear deck, battery tray, inner fender, antenna, and a few other things for like 60 bucks. Which is a steel cause the interior I got was in great condition.
