It was parked... (Pic heavy)

UPDATE:
Car is back in my possession.
2 Thousand dollars worth of damage....
-New Rim
-Lower Cntrl Arm
-Hub
-Knuckle
-Stabilizer Link
-Strut
-Tire
-Axle
-Steering Gear and Linkage
-Outer Tie Rod
-Pinch Bolt
-Inner Tie Rod
Plus the labor

So, to make things EVEN better, whatever they used to clean the inside of my car with....turns out I'm allergic to. I spent last night in the ER with the sharpest pains in my chest i've ever had. Possibly connected to the allergic reactions..

The car moved about a foot over and 2 feet forward. Barely hit the body.
Some 17/18 y/o kid that lives 2 houses down, hit my car. He told my dad, me and the officer a different story. He was driving a '99 civic. Second time a car of mine has been hit in this spot. We have no driveway or garage, it really sucks.

Lets see if the insurance will get me a new rim...

ouch, not huge damage to enough to render the car underivable till fixed. (make sure no tie rods, strut, control arms ect were bent on both sides since looks like you got pushed into the curb im pretty sure somethings broke from where your wheel is)

shouldn't really matter what he said to the police. he hit a parked car, unless you illegally parked the car its 100% on him. my guess on damages between 1-2k.

Punch him once for hitting your car, then again for driving like that in a residential neighborhood, and a third time for driving a civic.

But for real that sucks! and if your car was parked in a designated area and he hit you then it’s on him.

I'm going to bet you need a whole new front sub frame, rack, wheels, and maybe axles. Thats pretty bad.
