Shopping on the internet is killing me...

Aug 29th I ordered body colored door handles and bezels from fordparts.com. Sep 4th I sent a follow up email because I didnt get a shipping conformation. I got a reply Sep 5th saying the handles are on backorder. On Oct 3rd I got a email saying the handles are still on backorder and should be shipped shortly. Today I called and asked what the status of my order is. Turns out the handles are only availiable from Mazda. Ive been waiting over two months for handles Im not getting.

They are sending the bezels and refunding me the $ for the handles.

Its off to Mazda tomorrow to reorder the handles.

What a bunch of crap, for a couple years I bought off the internet with zero problems, now I cant catch a break.

The mods are coming sloooooooooow!

There is a solution ..shop locally and get to know the guy at your local speed shop, after a while you will pay the same or less than the net...trust me I know I'm right!..

P.S. Not to say all net stores are bad, alot of them are good local shops just doing wweb bus. , too.

P.S.S. I hate that crap too, we had a guy waiting on an exhaust once for seven months, they kept saying its coming, next week etc. after seven months they decided not to make it as there wasn't enough interest...That was a lot of fun to tell that customer and I had to hand this guy 450 dollars back , that really sucked for both of us...He's still a good customer though!

That sucks. I know that I'm a very impatient person and I can't stand to wait over a week for things that I ordered online. You would think that since you ordered on the net that it would come faster. I hope that you get things worked out!
