When you put your foot down on what? Can you describe the noise more? Mileage? Modifications? Maintenance history? Who told you it wasn't a bearing or CV and did they have additional input?

I'd love to help you, but you aren't giving me much to work with.

ok its a 1999 1.8 zetec 94k no engine mods as yet full history up to 90k it has new 17" alloys and the sound is like the wheel is rubbing or sqeakin but its not. 3 garage's looked at it and cnt see anythin wrong sed cv fine and looks like the bearing is fine to. it only sqeak or wine when i take my foot off the accelerater to slow down

Does the noise change pitch based on speed or is it constant?

I'm assuming since we are looking at bearings and cv that the noise is from the front. Can you tell if it is one side or the other or both?

Check over your service history to see if the rotors were replaced last time the pads were done and also for the last transmission service.
