Aaron, my '04 SVT 5 door is now at 221,000 miles and going strong. I replaced the original timing belt at 150,000 and it looked almost new. Don't recommend that for everyone, but it worked for me. So much depends on the kind of driving you do. Mine is mostly highway miles, being as I commute 120 miles round trip 5 days a week. Mine still doesn't use any oil (which I change at approximately 5-6k miles) but I use Castrol Syntec and a quality filter.
