Welcome! I'm happy we finally are getting the same Focus as you guys again, so when you post up your car, its not something we can't get!

(Even if we still don't get the diesel engines...)

Took me a few minutes to sort out one of the photos until I realized the steering was on the wrong side heh heh. Neat colour that's not avail over here. Uhmm, I think your active grille shutters are kinda negated by the barn door licence plate!

Welcome and congrats!

Welcome to FF, nicely spec'd Titanium and like Mars Red colour. How do you like the 1.6TDCi 115ps?

I did not realize in the UK that Ford puts the trim level badges as yours has the Titanium badge. Does Ford put the Edge & Zetec badge as well?

I don't think the trim level badges are used on the Focus in other Euro markets.

The 1.6tdci is nice and smooth and pulls really well, im pleasantly suprised with it. Plus im getting between 70-80mpg on a steady motorway run. My last car was a 210bhp 1.9 diesel so it feels slower

They arent on the edge and ive some some with zetecs but most zetecs dont have them. Mainly seems to be the Titaniums and Titanium X's that are badged up.

Welcome to the FF community. I really am liking the Red that Ford chose for the new focuses. And yes it is nice to see yet another great global car be represented across the board and across the seas.

Welcome LiamSRi to FF!

Nice car.

I'm really intrested in new 1.6 diesel engine, WHAT's THE REAL MPG?
Could you test if for us? Forget trip computer, do this:

When you get to fuel station fill tank to maximum and restart trip computer so it starts counting miles from beginning. When you get to the half of tank tell us how many miles have you done.

for example mine 1.6 100 hp petrol MkII

-half tank 27.5 liters = I did 350 km
- Fuel consumption = 8 L per 100 km or 35 mpg

do you get my point?

I planned on doing that this month, hopefully Monday or Tuesday I'll start it and get back to you. There will be a lot of different driving in it though, town and motorway. From what I've done I estimate 60-65 on the motorway and 45-50 in town.
