Looking into purchasing a 2005 focus...what to look out for?

Hey everyone! I sold my 2000 focus a year or so ago and I have been looking around for another to use for a winter car.

I found a 2005 zx5 near my house and I am wondering if there are certain things I should be looking for/at before I buy it?

It currently has 122k on it and other than some paint chipping and a little rust appears to be in good shape.

Looks like the lady has records or breaks and tires and plugs and fuel filter but other than those, no big items have been done.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt

I forgot to mention that it's automatic...I know that's no fun, but this is strictly for winter and commuting.

Mines the same genre. I havent had any problems with it... As long as she kept up on the maintenance i dont see why it would have any problems...
