There is a lot of labor involved with what you want installed. Not to mention the the tuning and such. While 5800 seems high, subtract the price for the parts and stuff. What ever is left would be for labor. Parts for cars are cheap, it's the labor that cost a lot in most cases. Personally I would install it myself but not everybody can or is in a position to do so. Let see what others say about it.

Yeah i wish that i could install it my self or even hope to meet someone locally that has the capability to do so , so i could pay them. they said that they used to charge 1000 for installation but they dropped it to 800. they said it would be a 2-3 day process with warranty , to me it doesn't seem so bad but i just want some opinions . they promised that they would give me at least 210 whp since anything hight for ATX would be risky. and to me is seems like a pretty nice deal but i really really wanna hear some ideas or opinions.

To me it sounds like a good deal. Pretty fair. Especially with the warranty.

Yeah with a warranty. Now that doesn't mean you blow the motor up they replace it. I'm sure they mean they will warranty any of there work done to the car. So if a bolt comes off and destroys something, then they would fix it. Also it's always good when the company that make the turbo kit is also the ones installing it. Can't really go wrong there. Now on the price that something you'll have to consider. And holy cow only 800 bucks in labor to install, that's kinda cheap IMO. How much does the whole kit cost? Also what are you talking about when you say upgrade to 2cd upgrade of turbo? You mean bigger turbo right?

Hmmm yah I you put it that way then I really can't go wrong and yeah I think its their work labor warrenty , yeah a bigger turbo( reguler turbo stock turbo is gt38 and the upgrade is gt38rs or something but yu catch my drift) they said that way I won't be using my turbo all the time because it tarts around 3500 rpm and the auto shifts a little under that but when I rev it and/or step on it I would really feel the power during almost the whole rpm compared the just te low end of the rpm. The regular ki is 4400 with taxes plus 200 for bigger turbo but I'm stil thinking about that, plus eliminating the secound catalystic converter and installing the racng exhaust system 400 with taxes and installed, that's 5000 or (4800) without the bigger turbo and installed and dynoed to my liking 800 no taxes 5600-5800. But if am do that my friend has a 2003 zx3 2.3 duratec with only 75k miles. A manual transmission and wants to trade my 205 zx4 2.0 automatic 65k he drives a lot more calm and he has owned it from about 30k miles he wants to trade what do yu suggest.

Now if you could go from a 2.0 to a 2.3 and from auto to standard, then I'd do that for sure. But that's just me. You'll be getting a whole different animal of a car IMO. Now the 2.0 with a auto and turbo will feel good too. It'll feel like you have a bigger motor under the hood. But ultimately your limited due to your tranny. Now the 2.3 that's our golden motor right there. Everyone wants or wanted one at one point. Of course you'll be changing body styles and interiors. It your decision and your choice. What do you like?
