Goodybye to a great forum

Yeah I really haven't spent a decent amount of time on here. But I recommend this forum to anyone who owns a Focus. LOL!!!

Anywayyyy. I've done about all that I wanted to do to my '03 ZX3/Zetec besides doing a auto for manual change and/or going into the internals again and going the forced induction route. Since I moved from a big(??) city (Indianapolis,IN) to a small rural area up in Northeast Ohio,I really didn't need two modified, lowered vehicles. I decided to keep the newer, more rarer vehicle and get something else since my stepson has decided to get with the program and now has more freedom to drive the F150 that his mother and me have provided for him,so I don't get behind the wheel of that truck too much anymore.

Well I put the foci up on a couple of online modified car trading sites and after a couple of months i got an offer that I couldn't refuse. Traded the car for an '86 Chevy C30 crew cab dually. Yeah I use more gas,but the truck is a BEAST!!! cammed, carbed 454/4 spd. Large and loud. Of cousre it won't stay stock for much longer. 6"front/8.5" rear drop with changes in interior/exterior/tire and wheels.

I did enjoy the small time that I spent here. I'll be back someday (next time a SVT model)

Thanks and Happy Holidays!!!

sorry to hear your leaving, you know you can always drop in for a visit, give some pic's of the truck you know.

Happy holidays and best wishes to your moving, I think you will like rural area better, I have always been in a wooded area town, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sad to hear ya go. But just cause you aint in a focus doesn't mean you have to leave. We love seeing the cars that previous foci owners drive now

Why do people feel that just because they sell their Focus they have to leave the forum?

I have no idea, we've never run anyone off, typically it's just them who feel guilty.

Wow,thanks for the comments. I wasn't going to cancel my membership, just posting that I don't own one anymore. Sometimes I miss my ZX3,it was a great car.

Alright;I'll stick around. One of these days,I'll have another Focus. If not for me,then either for my youngest.

I could never figure out how to post pics here. You know how old folks aren't all that computer savvy...

well that's too bad you sold the focus, looks like it was neat..... but it happens :).

I love how some members never even owned one are here and frequent. Just must be something about our lack of rudeness

ooh. Sounds like something I want. And as far as picture posting... you need (or its easier this way) something like a photobucket.com account, and you copy and paste the link that is surrounded in
