AUDI (VW) hands down make the wickedist cars

and it may come in 3drs too. no word on U.S. bound but i would put in alot of O.T. to get this joint. IMO there is not one flaw to this car. NOT ONE OR ANY. interior, exterior, power, i can go on 4 days.

My only complaint is that there's too much grille. That middle section should cut off at the bottom of the license plate. Other than that, very sexy car. I would love to drive that.

I agree. I was getting chased down by an A4 this morning on my way to work and its difficult to keep your eyes on the road when the sexy LED headlights are coming up on you.

I just noticed that announcement this morning and thought of how sweet it would be to have it. I love me some fast wagons.

I am with wisco. The grill is TO BIG. All car makers need to stop this ugly "trend". I have not seen 1 front end that actually looks good. The new focus is even to big. I am not a "Baller" and i don't need a giant shiny grill. AERODYNAMICS ARE COOL.

Pretty awesome car, but I can think of a few flaws with them...besides the obvious vw/audi reliability stereotype. First, their cars are porky, they could really start their products on a diet. Second, its almost 70k. Is this car wrth 70k, idk havent driven it and their hasnt been any reviews, but might be alittle much. Many other cars Id pick up in that price range, Id even take the tt rs instead, and save myself 10 grand. 60k is more like it for the a3, not 70.

I agree about the grille being waaay too big. And Audi never seems to want to try anything dramatically different (besides the R8). But honestly it doesn't even matter once you get behind the wheel of one. Even a basic model VW manages to put a smile on my face when I thrash it around corners like a madman. There's just something awesome about the way German cars handle the craziest roads so gracefully. And considering the Mk1 Focus was designed and tested in Germany too, it's no surprise why that car is so fun to drive. The 2012 model is just going to be flatout awesome.

EDIT: And yes, while they can be porky they're also extremely stable at higher speeds for that reason. Coupled with electronic steering assist, the car barely twitches at 120+ mph. If you want a lightweight car to carve corners at a track, it's better just to go all out and burn that money on an Exige instead. ;-)

It needs a 6 speed manual trans option. Are we so lazy anymore that no one can push in a clutch pedal? You can keep your S tronic dual clutch lazy transmission thank you very much.
