How would my wife said this to me... , did your wives did that as well?

She wanted a family car. so i cannot get a focus coupe, and she doesn't want a large HP car. so I cannot get the ST, let alone the RS is expensive.
so she wanted a 4 door, and a safe car for the family...

and i found this. it is for sale, like 4-5 min away... 14000 Euro with 40k km on it.

how could she said this to me... that this subbie is ugly with a stupid spoiler and is white. she will never ride in this car because it is a 18yr-old body car who just learned how to drive...

i am just depress... because N/A 2.0L flat4 with such AWD performance is really great for this snowy austria...

tell me, did your wives said something about cars when you talk about them?
my wife didn't even want to listen to me....

lets share here... about what had your wife/ girl friend/ partner said.

Im sitting on a few cans of bronze paint....and am just waiting till the weather gets better and im painting mine bronze!!! I think it will look dope with my car all satin black!! Chris i think you should do it to! My wife has no control over what i do to my car, cause its my car! ha ha ... but when i do mods to our family car i have to have her opinion., but she also cant visuallize modifications like i can so she has Faith in my upgrades.... even when i explain something to her and she doesnt like it i usually do it behind her back and she gets pist... but she tends to like it after it grows on her for a day or two! Gotta love her!! But I know what your saying when your wife said its a 18 year olds car, theres about 20 of those cars in my town and half of them are kids in high school and daddy's credit score is how they obtained a 20,000 dollar car in highschool! Rich lucky bastards... wish daddy or mommy helped me buy my first new car... but that didnt happen for me!

A focus ST has high hp? Shesh...not really, the ST is really not all that fast. Maybe you should tell her that a toyota camry is as fast as the ST is.

No disrespect to the women enthusiasts here so don't listen to what I'm about to say, we know you're a select few who know anything about anything and understand all the wonderful things about automobiles that many others take for granted.

But women are too set in their ways to listen to you. They want something that has four wheels, works, and is "pretty." That's about it.

And since you're a man, you're wrong in all your car choices. Start saving for a minivan. lol

That's why I have my Focus and she has her Escape, so she can't say anything about it. I've asked her opinion on some stuff before, but mainly she rolls her eyes, shakes her head and accuses me of going through a mid life crisis.
