Question adjustable cam gears

I'm just wandering who has installed adjustable gears. I'd like to know where your gears are set, and what mods you've done to your Focus. Also, if you have the dyno, and know your hp/tq, please post that also...

My mods are in my sig, and I'm making 128hp/135tq at -6,0 (which seems slow).

I'm posting this to see if there happens to be a trend among the focus' hitting their best numbers at certain settings. A website I looked up had their best luck at -3,-6 on a stock focus (gained around 15hp "net"...I guess that means at the crank, but most of us will probably show results at wheels...mine is at wheels)

BTW: I understand every car is a little different, and climate affects how the car performs, but I would think there'd still be a window of positive gains across the board (saying all installs were done correctly). I really only ask to find some kind of method to tuning these, and not just adjust and dyno, adjust and dyno, adjust and dyno until you get gains. That doesn't make since to me. There's gotta be a formula for getting this right within a few tries because there's too many posibilities for adjustment between -10 and +10 on both intake and exhaust cams. Like, should we tune exhaust, intake, exhaust, intake (or visa versa), or exhaust, exhaust, intake, intake (or visa versa)?

2000 ZX3 / Stage 1 + Gears / Intake / Exhaust / Tune
128whp @ 5000rpm and 135wtq @ 3800rpm

2006 Mustang GT / Intake / Exhaust / Tune
roughly 290rwhp & 315rwtq

from what i've seen, no two people really have luck with the same settings. since each engine is kinda ground differently from the factory, the settings will typically be a little different with each car. i've seen people run 0 on intake, -7 on exhaust, and some people running the exact opposite, yet somehow gaining the same results. best bet is to have them dyno tuned somewhere, or do the "butt-dyno-tune" on a lonely side road. :)

from the factory it varies, with a perfect install on cams, people say it should be 0,0...but i don't beleive that, i say it depends on mods and install....most are different.
