Thumbs up New focus owner

I just purchased a 2003 SVT Focus (red) that I am picking up tomorrow night. I don't know much about this car. I plan on using it as a daily driver. Do these require premium or regular gas? Also what are the best mods to do to give it just a little more get up n go? Thanks!

Sweet! Welcome.

The SVT is a great DD. A K&N panel filter (stock filter replacement) for $40 is great, you'll have very close to the performance of a CAI or SRI for a fraction of the cost. Depending on emissions in your area, an off-road pipe or high-flo cat in conjunction with an after market tune from Tom (1turbofocus) and thats about it for power mods other than FI for the SVT. A nice addition would be a short throw shifter. Check out the SVT section, answers to any other questions you may have!
