My focus took one for the team...has your focus done the same??

Ok, as the title says this is a semi rant because well im pissed about it but i know i saved some friends lives and possibly other.

The setting :
Abilene, TX-Ty, TX

Ok. So i went home for the weekend (im in college now ) and a couple of buddies decided that since i was in town that we should go out and party, i agreed. i dont drink often and when i do its barely any. Well anyways we went to an out of town party and it was raining like crazy so everywhere was muddy. Well my friends are completely trashed..i didnt have one b/c i dont drive with any alcohol in my system. Well the party ran out of beer so it was time to leave, my friends had mud all over their shoes and climbed into my car...now i have mud all over my seats door panels and some even on the center console ( idk how they managed but they did).
So at the expense of keeping people alive my focus took one hell of an interior beating..

thats my semi rant.

has anybody else ever sacrificed their interior to keep drunk friends off the road??

Yes the focus has taken a hit for my wife or friends, but in retrospect sacrificing the 06 Saves the EAP SVT.

A few friends and I went golfing a few weeks back. One of my friends decides to get hammered in the 100* weather . So I was driving my van on the way home and all of a suden, my friend wasnt feeling so well...

He stuck his head out the window on the freeway and barfed all down the side of my black van. He was cool about it the next day, he calle dand ask if I wanted my detailed. Your friends should do the same.

You sir, deserves respect from your friends. You acted very responible and not many peeps do care that much. Consider yourself lucky its only mud, I did take care of 2 buddies once and the clean-up was A LOT worse since they both threw up.

I haven't gotten mud all over her yet......

But she has taken one for the team sadly.....

Me and my girlfriend were going out to eat.. Bad idea to begin with in the focus.... And like all women, she decides to touch up her makeup in the car... which I continually explain to her she doesn't need (typical story, we all know it, we all agree).

So were coming up on a light and she's re-applying her lipstick, and the light turns yellow. I have one of those moments where your common since side says "slow down, stop, there's know way you're going to make it" and your drivers side says "GET THE F*&# GOING DUMBA$$!!!!!" And right at the last minute, I decide to stop.

Being my normal self, I hit the breaks hard, the anti lock kicks in, and she lunges forward. Her lipstick comes out of her hand, bounces off the dash, and smears all over my rear seats..... my leather rear seats......

Needless to say... I was sour for the rest of the evening..... And now, even though my seats are clean, it still smells like a dressing room in my focus......
