Huge Water Leak 2005 ZX4

I have a huge leak in my Focus. It is all along the driver's side of the car and extends into the trunk. The water pools on the driver's side floor. All the plugs underneath are in place and appear functional. I brought the car to a Safelite Glass place and they said there aren't any leaks around the windows and the gaskets are good to go. I don't drive the car enough to say when the problem happened exactly, but I noticed this past winter that the interior of the windows had a film of ice on it. The trunk now smells like my Nana's cellar. I had the car detailed yesterday. When I brought it in the floor had dried since we hadn't any rain recently. I brought it home and everything was slightly damp due to the wet vacuum, but no puddle. It poured last night and this morning the trunk and driver's side was drenched. The manager at the Safelite store feels that there is a crack in the chassis somewhere. Has anyone had an experience like this? I've had the car since May 2005, but I stopped driving it on a regular basis in April 2006 since I use a company car.

I think what you ought to do/need to have done is get one of those fogger systems (rent, not buy.... unless they have like diy stuff) (don't remember what it was exactly) but it sprays out of any leaks in the vehicle. ask them if they can do that maybe..... I don't know if that's the kinda thing they do or if they have the equipment, but that's a way to detect leaks.

I don't know if you have a sunroof, but on my car, those drains are known to get clogged. Blow compressed air through it.
