Sweet! That's earlier than I was expecting. Does anyone know if we're set to get the 5-dr hatch here in the States?

SWEEEEETTTTTT....definitely earlier then I thought as well. Can't wait, in 4 months this site is going to be booming with anticipation and excitement.

And I think all the hatches are suppose to return. We will probably move back to the original line-up of a sedan/3-door/5-door and possibly the wagon. The coupe is probably toast, since I don't think there is any reason why the rest of the world would want it over a hatch. Sorry coupe fans....I like coupes, but I think for the Focus it should be in the forum of a 3-door.

Ford Motor Company has officially announced that the U.S. will get only the 5 door hatchback and the 4 door sedan for the 2011 model year. Of course, this could change for future model years. A 3 door hatchback would be really nice.

I'm excited to see it, I may have to go to the Detroit show again this year, and the Cleveland one to look at it again a few weeks later lol.

You guys that are going to the NAIAS are so lucky. I'd love to go but I live in Cali. Please remember to take pics and share your impressions of the new Focus with us. Hopefully they'll have both the 5 door hatchback and the sedan present. Just 4 short months away! I can't wait!!

Not sure where you heard that, but I think your confused with the Fiesta. Ford announced that, but they have yet to announce anything about the next focus. This thread topic is basically the first word on anything credible lol.
