Wow.... auto vs stick

So, I bought my car, 2001 ZX3, in May. It's a stick. I drive it alot. I've put about 7,000 miles on it in these couple months. I love my car. I am in CT right now, where my GF lives. I rode with someone to get here. My GF asked me to take her cousin to his karate class, so I said sure. I got in her 88 Chevy Celebrity.... lol.... and tried to depress the clutch.... I knew something was wrong with me, her car is an auto....

I just want to know, who else does this lol.... I really like driving my car, and I'm really used to it.

LMAO nice! At least it's not like going from auto to stick! You space out a lot and by the time you realize you have to change the gears it's too late... haha :P

I was going on a trip with my girlfriend and we were taking her car. She wanted me to drive so I did. It's an auto. Well we get going and we're on the highway going through town and I'm going about 55. First time I need to start slowing down to a stop I put my left foot down pretty hard (pushing in the non-existent clutch) and hit the break. The car almost slammed to a stop. Lucky for us there wasn't anybody behind us. She freaked out on me. I didn't do it again though. I found it funny.
