2010 Honda Insight?

I checked this guy out at a Honda dealer this week. Anyone driven one? Checked it out? Watched a vid?
I know Honda is trying to pick up buyers who "normally" wouldn't buy a hybrid with it's great value for the technology and semi-involving driving experience. The interior is quirky but comfy and ergonomically correct (ala 2000-2004 Focus? ), and has usable space out back for cargo. Easy-folding rear seats, good visability, USB port, shift paddles, the Civic-style two-tier dash (which I like)... And it's ugly from the rear, slow, and not a canyon carver.
There's some sporty hybrids out there (Fusion, Altima) but this guy is cheaper

Any thoughts? Not gonna lie, I like it (for a hybrid)

I know it works the opposite of the Prius. It runs on gas, then kicks in to electric. I have some pics I took of my relatives if you want me to upload them.

sure if you wouldn't mind. It still gets over 40mpg even with using a gas engine more than electric

Yes they get great mileage, but there very dependent on how heavy the drivers foot is to get that mileage. Alot of people have found they don't get the advertised MPG.

I don't know what it is about those body lines, but I just can't bring myself to like that look. It kinda shares the style of the rear end with the Prius. The Focus hatches have BEAUTIFUL backsides... the Prius and Insight look like someone just chopped the ass end off a sedan, from the trunk hinge back.

I personally think they're ugly and would much rather have the Fusion hybrid that looks awesome, quick, and 41 MPG. you get all three with that.

The insight is just butt ugly. I'd rather have a Prius and I didn't like the Prius I test drove before either.
Fusion is the best looking hybrid so far.

Yeah I can't seem to understand what the toyota deisgner was thinking and then the Honda one to follow. 1.) I don't find the car at all attractice, 2.) Do some designers that work for toyota work for honda too?
