Best Mod & Worst Mod

For information to everyone, whats the best mod youve done and the worst. List year, body, and engine and a short reason why it is the best and worst.

01 SPi Sedan

Best-all of my suspension upgrades. Made my car preform better than it was ever intended to.

Worst-Self done window tint. I did it when my duaghter was born and didnt want the sun shining on her and I was broke as a joke. So it now needs to be redone.

Best mod: Painting front lower grill, amazing difference, makes it look like a sports car.

Worst mod: Painting rims, hard as hell. Never turn out good unless you go powder.

Best Mod: Complete Roush Interior Swap (Guages, Seat Coverings, Pedals, ETC...) because it looks banging as hell!

Worst Mod: Complete Roush Interior Swap, only because it took forever to do, 2 days of rewrapping the seats in new coverings in the dead heat of summer FTL!

2002 ZX3 Zetec

Best mod: boost, do I really need to say why it's the best? lol

Worst mod: Hands down it had to be the fiberglass body kit I had before. It sucked having to go slow over ever bump and edging. Finally broke the front bumper pulling into a parking lot only 3 weeks after painting it. Said screw it and went with a urethane kit again.

02 SVT

Best Mod;

$.25 in nickels wrapped in electrical tape to hit my dummy switch to be able to start my car.
Oh, and my SVT EAPS, look 1000000000x's better than what came on the car.

Worst;

Being a young, dumb, single soldier with money to blow and buying a heavily pre-modded SVT with shoddy work.

Best: SVT header swap, noticeable power :]

Worst: Ricey blue lights and shift knobs. Went through a bunch and I also did tons of pointless terrible wiring. Now it's all gone.

Best mod.....switching to Contour 15" rims w/Michelin tires, from the 16" OEM alloys with crappy, noisy, Sumitomo tires.

Worst mod.....none I can think of. I usually research a potential mod very thoroughly, before I do it.

Edit....I remember. A locking gas cap for $15. It started leaving codes two months after I got it.

Best Mods - Did the ccfl trunk light upgrade, best 10 bucks I ever spent. I also added a small fire extinguisher and mounted it in my trunk, just in case and the lunch box delete gave the care a nice tone.

Worst Mods - Bargain brand front wipers. Worst 5 bucks total ever spent.
