2002 Focus Wagon new owner questions

Hi Guys,
First post here, I bought a 2002 Focus Wagon, Zetec engine, 5 sp, with 170k km (about 105k miles), the car is in good shape. However I would like to do some maintenance just to be sure.

1. the manual says I need to use 5W20 oil, the receipts/records I got from the previous owner indicate that he might have used 5W30. Will 5W30 do any damage to the engine?

2. I used to drive a Jetta and own VAG-COM to read or clean the code, and can do some adjustment to the engine parameters. Is there a similar product for Ford cars?

3. Currently the rear drum brakes gives this humm sound when I lightly release the hand brake (and the car is parked on a slop with the front pointing upwards), does this mean, the drum/shoes need to be replaced soon?

4. The user manual says my car has Zetec-E, but engine cover only says "16V Zetec", are these the same engine.

5. Is there a repair manual/CD I can download/buy? Is the regular Haynes Focus manual good enough?

Thanks a lot, sorry for so many newbie questions! :)
