Ford Kuga

Its planned to be built here in louisville, ky. I just got off the phone with my dad and said they plan on building it and the new diesel focus that they are shipping overseas. Great news cause this means he will probably be able to retire from there.

Nice. I just still don't understand the whole concept of shipping stuff everywhere.

"oh it gives Joe Blow a job!"

"the world:"

Hey let's cut trees down in Washington state. Then ship them to Texas where they cut them into lumber. Then ship that to Kentucky where they make trusses. Then let's ship that to Washington state to build houses! Sounds like a cost effective solution to me!

Oh I know- it gives the trucker a job.

THAT'S BS.

Population control, people! Too many people here- instead of giving everyone a BS job that just costs everyone more and more money, hey...let's oh I dunno...start getting rid of people?!?!

I hate what this world has become.

/rant.

Yea i know. he said that that ford said there is now way they would be able to meet emissions with the diesel focus over here. Way to costly. But i like the look of the Kuga, i think its a better looking version of the edge.

The Kuga should fight smaller crossovers, such as the VW Tiguan and the like. The Edge is much bigger I believe, and the Escape, which I don't think they should get rid of, is still truck based which in some instances is a good thing. I personally hate SUVs, but I think the Kuga can sell well, and they'll probably sell it as a very fuel efficient, practical family hauler.

BTW, the kuga is just one euro ford that is coming our way.

Oh yea deff. I think it will sell very well esp if the price is right. I think the edge would sell better than it is if it wasnt around 30K but who knows. Im glad to see the kuga coming though.
