Its really freaking cool. It was based on the '65 Cobra Daytona Coupe and looks like it could live up to its ansestor.

Heres some pics of it if you have never seen the original. One of my dream cars is to build one of these kit cars and pump out some serious big-block power. Can you say "Death-Machine"? lol

Yeah, but you have to get the right big block. Chevy's and Ford 460 derivatives are horridly heavy greatly reducing the car's handling which could be much better with other engines. Eagle products used to make an aluminum 427 SOHC and 427 side oiler if you want to keep something sort of original like in there. Weight and cost considerations are why my BB choice would be neither Ford nor Chevy. Now if cost was no issue at all, I believe that the Buick 455 is the lightest of all large displacement big blocks, but that's a very expensive engine. You might as well go with an Eagle 427 FE block. It's been a while since I researched, and worked on a big block- things may have changed, but I'd probably still choose a Mopar 440 block for multiple reasons. For one, it's only 60 lbs heavier than an SBC with all cast iron equipment on both, secondly, it's only a tad more expensive to build than a 350 Chevy. Finally, it would really annoy purists, like the guy who put one in a Cobra kit- awesome.
