The 00-04 focus was planned to be released globally hence enough room for U.S. Plates and euro plates. Don't think Ford planned on bringing the RS here, but the outcry from many many people here in the states is at least I hope swaying their minds...

Sweet find! I'll never forget when i stumbled upon a first gen RS in Lincoln Park while rollerblading. Or the euro ST in Northville during the Dream Cruise last year. It's a hell of a rush, hunh? Thats the benefit of living around here, we see some cool stuff. I seen a "lifted" Flex today. Was debaged, and about 2-3 inches higher then it should be??

please hold up todays american newspaper up to it, along with as many american landmarks/hot dogs you can fit in the pic. Just for proof .Also pop the hood I'm sure the owner wont mind. Hopefully it wont say 16v Zetec, or even 2.0 spi

??? That a full blown euro RS with a michigan manufacturers plate. And thats the new style plate the manufactureres got now, although i do still see some of the old ones. Thats proff enough for me! Whether it was today or not who cares? It has an AMERICAN plate!!!

How many people run around with euro plates on the front, maybe american plates are a fad over there.
