Would you buy the Focus RS if it came to the US?

Ok so obviously the threads are going around like crazy about the new RS possibly hitting the U.S. shores... What I want to know though is if Ford Brings this car over to us and doesn't charge an arm, left testicle, kidney and right lung... would you seriously showing your hardcore love for the ultimate focus that has ever been built and purchase one?

I for one can say that I would be one of the first people at the dealer in line to buy this car if it does indeed hit the U.S. Market!

Of course we can only hope and pray... so let us all close our eyes and bow our heads please for a moment of prayer......

If I am in the search for a new car I would definately pick up one. But this Focus has to die first. Only 65000 on the ticker so far and I don't think it's going to die on me for awhile. But then again I may just park mine and buy the RS for the fun of driving it.

If they do, you kno just know that its not going to be as fun as ownign the real thing over there, De tuned, all the cool stuff and trinkets will be redesigned for the us image.

As much as i would love to get one, and all the ouu and ahh's i still may think that a subie or an evo would be just a smig better.

You can buy a decent to nice buildt STI/EVO for around 30. If they left it alone i would be for it, but i know that i wont be able to afford it. Theres probley more of a chance for me owning a used STI or such then there would be owning a RS. IDK i kno that i am going to be owning the SVT for some time.

nope. has way too much power for my use so efficiency is lost for wasted power. if they brought the ST over id take that! still wasted power but not as much and the T5 in the volvo S40 is pretty tame when cruising and comes alive when you get on it.

at the moment i cannot afford it. BUT if i did have the money to HELL YES! assuming the quality was high enough for that price range, every component solid and durable.

Probably couldn't afford the RS. I'd go for an ST though.
