What to do

Well today I decided to take out my front seats and clean the car out to get it ready for new carpet when I order at the end of this week. Come to find out the previous owner did a half job of mounting the damn seats. The passanger seat had some rigged up bracket made with square hollow piping and the back 2 bolts werent even freaking in there. Then when I tried to swap the seat because this JA installed them backwards to being with they wouldnt fit the bracket, so after beating and banging on the bracket we got the driver seat to go in on the proper side, but I'm passenger seat less, for who knows how long. But my rant is, I'm just so tired of finding more and more stuff to fix that the piece of who owned the car before me up. I'm at the point of wonder if its even worth keeping with my quest of rebuilding one of my dream cars(Yes the SVTF is a dream car of mine, I've been in love with them since I test drove one in '03). Or sould I just give up and get a Mazda 6 MazdaSpeed edition? Please someone assure me that my build is worth it.

I'm going to make this simple for those reading this so I might actually some kind of a helpful answer, these are the things wrong with the car and that need to be fixed, in no particular order;

New Seats
New Seat Brackets
Interior Rebuild
New Suspension
New Hood
New Fenders
Other Body Work
Paint
LSD
New Headlights
New Foglights
New Cold Air Intake
New Headers
New Exhaust System
Tom's Tune
New Belts

Well thats all I know so far that needs to be fixed, replaced, or newly installed.

It's more than just the seat bracket, its the fact I find a hole in my floorboard that was half JB Welded, I still have quite a bit of engine work to do, new suspension, LSD, and a complete interior rebuild which is tracking down the interior trim and then putting it all back together, oh and paying off the 8k I still owe on it.

usually you can buy sparco or similar brackets. you will have to drill holes into the seats, but they should mount right up. then you can get the sliders and mounting bracket, but that setup is about 175 bucks or more.

I was thinking about going with the Corbeau setup over at CFM, cause the brackets they have are for the seats and complete factory replaments from what I was told. If I buy new seats, I'm not buying off brand POS' like the previous owner did thats for sure.
