Is it a bad thing if a car has been sitting at the dealer for longer than 2 months?

So for the last 3 or 4 months, I've been browsing around craigslist, cars.com and autotrader for a Focus. And I've been seeing this one in particular for the last couple of months at least.

Well now I have money to go get one, and looking through that one Foci... well it's still sitting at the lot. It looks pretty decent and all, but is it a bad thing that it has been there for so long? Just wondering what you guys think.

This is what I though...common, the thing doesn't even have real wheels. DO NOT BUY. There is a SVT with 30k in my area for $6k.
