f150 problem

Having a problem with my 03 f150 This morning, I cranked it up and let it warm up, well, decided not to go to work, came inside and went back to sleep. About 5 hours later, went outside, cranked it up, and all of these problems arised. CEL came out for HE02 Sensors, forgot numbers, but there was two codes. 11 somethings I think. My wipers and washer motor only work when they feel like it. I can be driving down the road, and with the switch on high, low, or in between, doesnt matter, works when it feels like it. No washer either.

Lastly, dome light does not work when key is off, door is open, or switch is on the light itself. But I can turn the key to the run position and it has about a 2 second delay, and the dome lamp works as it should, and so does the two map lights on the side of the dome lamp. And the wipers are whenever they want to.

The o2 sensors may have just died, but im letting you guys know how everything happened at one given time. The wipers did work last night, it was raining when I came home, and they worked fine, same with the dome lights, and no CEL was present. I have checked the wiper motor fuses, and swapped relay 1 and 2 in the truck. I do not have the money to take this to the stealership, but god I need wipers, dome light not so much.

Kinda sounds like an intermittent low voltage issue which can make the ECM and other modules rather unhappy. If you have not done it already, with the IGN. sw. OFF, disconnect both battery terminal clamps from the battery, clean the battery posts and the cable clamps, check for any obvious damage, and reconnect the battery.

yes, batt terms are clean, no corrosion, and normal voltage. I am a nut about watching my volt meter due to all of my alt problems.

F-150's have a history doing some funky stuff when the battery starts to go bad. Get it and your alternator tested... your volt meter may not be showing you the whole story.

Try this site http://www.ford-trucks.com/ lots of great info...
