Check Fuel Cap indicator won't go off!

The Check Fuel Cap indicator came on this morning. I checked it, took it off put it back on and the lifgt still won't go off.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I had the same thing happen to me the first week I had my car. Just try disconnecting the battery then hook it back up. It should go off.
