Warranty work for rattle?

I have a 08 Escape with 5,800 miles on it and the dash rattles like a old pick-up truck. Winter may have something to do with it but it did the same thing when the temps were higher. I am a little angry because it didnt start doing this until after I took it in for warranty work to fix my speed-o cluster.

Am I out of line if I took it in and made them fix it? Would they cover that? I'm to the point where I dont want the truck anymore because it annoys me that much... I know it sounds stupid.

These cars have a rattle warranty for 3/36. But you really have to be able to demonstrate the rattle to the service writer, and maybe the mechanic. Find a place near the dealership that you can make the rattle obvious.

The person who worked on the speedo left something loose/out of place. Shouldn't be hard to pin-point...
I'll keep my guns, my freedom, and my money.....you can keep the "change".
