Paint question

My lil old 2000 Black Zx3 apparently wasn't treated very well by the previous owners, and has a few cosmetic problems that I'd like to fix before I start getting into serious mods.

It's got 2 dents on the front passenger fender (no paint harmed), a chipping hood, paint on the roof is fading, rear bumper damage( hole in fiberglass, dent with paint damage) and a little rust on the ends of the doors....

Where's the best place to go for my money that will do a good job and leave it looking like it just came off the assembly line( ok maybe not that perfect ) but in good condition to make me want to spend time waxing and polishing it.

I'm in the rockdale/newton area if anyone knows some good places near there.

Also, anyone know where I can get my timing belt and pulleys replaced besides Ford? they said it'd cost $1000 and that seems kind of ridiculous to me
