>.< lost my steering

uhg well my cars at the dealer yet again ( towed this morning) was driving and all of a sudden I heard a loud bang Squeal of metal on metal the wheel wouldn't turn and I was being dragged to the right

Got out looked under the car and nothing looked broken or damaged so I got in the wheel still wouldn't turn and I couldn't move it

towed it to Ford and they told me both right balljoint's were borderline to breaking, inner tierod locked up outter tierod was borderline to breaking (Also noted that he told me he broke the passenger tierod from whacking it with his palm) I lost both Stabilizer endlinks and the spring broke for the third time..

I miss my Focus im stuck with a 09 Nissan Altima and frankly is rather disgusting

car is brand new has 10,093 and the engine shudders if Im cruising and hit the accelerator it sounds like a low end rumble and hesitates, granted has more power but the seats uhg i would rather sit on a cinderblock at least my rear will numb faster...

whats upsetting me right now i was promised it would be done by 4:30pm ( it was dropped off at 9:45am) Ive yet to get a call of completion I drove to the dealer and looked through the service bay window and my baby is up on the hoist with no front suspension/wheels/brakes its all been removed on both sides.. it looks like something went REALLY wrong from what i saw..

right now I dunno whats worst off My wagon at the dealer or the non running wagon on my driveway

P.S. Estimate was just shy of $900 in work

You have bad luck with the focus get a different car... You're spending more money in repairs than the car is worth. And plus you are going to the dealer which is twice as expensive.

I wish i could but I absolutely adore that wagon.. its perfect size i dun wanna get another car cuz frankly GM ( which i turned my back on recently) doesn't have small wagons, Dodge can go to hell I hate that company.. my Brother in laws 05 300c threw a piston horizontal out of the block and dodge turned there back on him and he had to foot the $5700 engine replacement ( had no choice it was leased)
and for imports, thats not a choice in my house I parked the Altima 5 houses down cuz i dun wanna let people know I'm driving that thing... Im a domestic Supporter.. I want help the Canadian/American auto workers to keep there jobs....

Im not technically having bad luck, its just the roll of the dice for a working car thats drivin at least 6 times a day for over 3 hours each time theres 4 people that drive it and I know what caused the MASSIVE damage to the suspension.. we were cutoff and had no choice we had to mount a 8inch curb at speed (60-70kph) if we slammed the brakes on we would of torn the wheel off if we didn't bottom the car out and tear half of IT off, down this particular road has 4 lanes 2 on each side and it shifts to the left then the right then left again I guess the person who cut us off wasn't paying attention and was in the left lane and didn't follow the lane and jumped lanes then he correct but it was to late for us

we pulled over and I looked at the tires and the rims.. shockingly both right tires were scuffed bad, right front rim is fractured but holding air, right rear has 9 inch's shaved off the bead lip ( its now flat and flush with the bead edge) both rims are warped, I'm waiting for klodkrawler to ship some of my parts out which consists of 2 clean rims to replace my damaged ones, seeing the damage on the rims confirmed I will have suspension damage..

I guess you can say this is combination rant and self pity for my poor car.. im sure if you had the same probs you would take it to the dealer if you worked 2 jobs, don;t have a garage to work on it aswell as the weather not co-operating and raining all the time.. after the mechanic threw me out at Midas after i told him off after the wheel fell off ( this includes the bearing/drum/crown nut which somehow broke) you would be weary on taking it anywhere else.. I also failed to mention he accused me of not taking it in for a recall yet when I spoke to mike the recall was ONLY for the driver rear retainer to prevent the nut from self backing out and slipping off, even tho it was my rear passenger that fell off dropping the cars frame to the ground and the wheel rolling away

oh yeah for Sh--- and giggles
The 300c consists of the 5.7 liter hemi
from day 1 the cars engine ever ran right
-the 4-6-8 switchover failed and would switch to 4 while accelerating
-engine never idles clean always burped
-severe ticking
-engine would lope

-repairs done
timing beltx5, headgasketx3, intake gasketx3, intake manifold replaced, fuel rails, injectors replaced, 16 spark plugsx9 tried multiple brand didn't help including facotries, oilpangasket x2, rear main seal x2, and endless other parts.. even 3 dodge dealers were stumped on why it wouldn't run right

the non mechanical problems
-clock runs backwords
-6 cdchanger is burned out rado turns on, press cd it doesn't respond
-reariew mirror is permanently tinted (autotint for bright headlights option)
-passenger/driver mirrors are cooked (heated mirrors shorted)
-car would randomly forget the fobs and go into panic and after the alarms reset it would start like nothings wrong
-has a track record of burning out HID's at a rate of 1 every 9 months
-power seats only half work
-shifter needs to be dropped into drive then slammed into neutral then back into drive to engage

XD I could keep going on but you get the idea XD
