Some one have an answer??

I have a 2003 Focus Se with a 16v DOHC zetec in it.....i was wondering if this was normal engine for this style of car???? Is it special in anyway??

you dont need to keep making new threads to ask the same questions you have in other ones. no your engine isnt special, its the standard zetec, some early se models had the spi motor in which wasnt as powerful.

yeah it's special in the way that it's not an SPI lol........ those are, however, the standard engine for the ZX models, the hatches..... and have 130hp

SPI engines, on the other hand, are like the base POS's with 110hp, and only come in the LX models and maybe half of the SE's....... so it's about the average engine for the sedan. I believe actually, the Zetec comes in the SE Comfort series.......I just have the base SE model apparently

it's all good though big plans to come.......
