Corrado Handling

Anyone ever driven a Volkswagon Corrado? One of my friends from school drives one of the VR6 models. Its nice I really like it but he is convinced that it could out-handle my Focus. I dunno I could care less but it got me thinking about how the Corrado handles and was wondering if anyone has had any firsthand experience with them.

One of my good friends and former college roomies drove a Corrado 1.8 supercharged. I had never seen one before and my first impression was that the front end was really ugly. After riding in it though I was sold. They are very nice cars certainly for their time. He actually ended up driving me to get my SVT Focus so we had some fun on the way back. With a set of nice tires, the Corrado handled great! But I've never driven an '05 ST. All I can do is vouch for the Corrado.

Well as far as handling mods my car has SVT springs/dampers, H&R 24mm front swaybar, Eibach 25mm rear swaybar, front and rear stress bars and some nice tires on EAP wheels.

I did when I was younger. I think I outgrew that stage of my life.

I can put a black dress on, clean-up and put some new shoes on and look hot to.

Seriously, you should see it.
