lol thats actually a really good idea for a offroad rig, that rhino liner stuff didnt even get messed up when I tried to mess it up with a forklift.

But for a car...epic fail, unless its just a rust bucket northern car you drive in the winter

LOL I'd consider that for a work truck though, but I think it would look better in black- and NO not the wheels too- sheesh

In black-I'd hit it!
I kinda like the idea, especially for a daily driver. No stressing over parking lot dings, no waxing and buffing. Hmmm........

At least you won't be able to blow it up when he gets pissed at it. Then again if he gets into a high speed collision, his body is going to pay for it dearly. Maybe he should just rhino-line his head while he's at it and save some money on hospital bills.

Doc: Sir, we're going to have to put a body cast on you.

S4 owner: really?

Doc: Yes, but you won't be able to get around.

S4: Oh. Well could you just spray rhino lining on it when you're done? I just need to throw myself down the stairs to pick up my new turbo parts when the UPS guy gets there.

lol

I thought about doing that to my 81 Silverado, but I think it might make it WAY too heavy... Anybody know just how much weight it would add?

To start to try and answer that question, one gallon of that stuff weighs almost 10lbs. It could get very heavy if the thickness is overlooked.

Several other forums have owners claiming that it added almost 100lbs to the weight of the bed.

Can you imagine trying to clean the bugs off of that on a hot summer day? No thanks.

I bet he still can't figure out why he lost gas mileage either.

High power turbo S4 + 20" rhino lined wheels + a drag coefficient of 114.89 = better off parked and rhino lined shut...lol
