Are you referring to the front or rear bumper? If you are referring to the front, then no. Well not without at least doing an entire front end conversion.

The rear bumper from a ZX3/5 is interchangeable with another ZX3/5. I believe the bumper on the sedans is different after 05 than it is on the 04s though, not entirely sure.

If ur refering to the front w/ the new vrs. old body style, it won't work. the headlights don't sit the same. the old style, the headlights just sit on top, the new style, the bumper wraps around the lights a little.

the rear of an 01 sedan will not fit the rear of an 05 sedan. they're different. just as a front end swap would be required to do the front bumpers, a rear end swap is required to do the rear. you'll need at least the bumper and the trunk. idk if the quarterpanels match up, but in any case...it'll take more than just the bumper.

now, if we're discussing hatchbacks, a zx3/zx5, then the answer is yes. the rear of the hatch is the same, 00-07. so an 01 rear bumper will fit just the same as an 05 with nothing else needed.
